Help Figuring Out Modular Modding

I'm trying to figure out the modular thing, only I'm having trouble locating good articles regarding it. The only one I know of, is Kael's in the BTS forum. Granted, I'm not even sure what I want to do is possible.

Do you all have some good advice on where to start? My apologies as this has nothing to do with your mod, though you could use the modular I guess if I'm able to do what I need.

This has everything to do with the World of Civilization....and the WoC is not really a mod.

The WoC is a standard modding platform that allows TRUE and FULL modular loading that Firaxis/Impaler did not in BtS.

Right now we are just explaining it individually in the Jabber chat client as it is easier to a have a "live" dialog about the format we have developed. But I do need to develop a guide/manual as it looks like the last bugs are being killed....well Firaxis needs to release their patch soon that will help us.

Personally, I see every single BtS mod using the WoC standard....there is no reason not to and Firaxis themselves should be copying our code
